What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of events after the commercial contract is signed.
• Act as the primary point of contact between event organizers and internal cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams to define and prioritize usability and process requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and Q&A resources for user support teams.
• Ensure all project goals are met by actively managing tasks across multiple departments.
• Oversee event execution, which may include on-site presence during key launch dates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management or a consulting background.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage parallel work-streams and deliver results in ambiguous environments.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with external partners, brands, and talent.
