What you will do

• Manage end-to-end implementation for strategic Credit customers, including technical design and scoping.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for technical stakeholders throughout the onboarding phase.
• Create architecture diagrams, provide code samples, and track project milestones.
• Lead onsite, in-person meetings for kickoffs and technical reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to translate customer feedback into product insights.
• Develop repeatable playbooks to improve implementation efficiency and scale operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing or technical role.
• Strong experience with APIs, OAuth, and webhooks.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with Credit or Enterprise customer segments is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to travel onsite up to 25% of the time.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
