Salary: $65,000-$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage delivery of complex client implementations from kickoff to completion independently
• Lead cross-functional planning including requirements gathering, scope verification, and milestone definition
• Maintain project plans, track progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues
• Serve as primary coordination point between clients, partners, and internal teams
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States
• 2+ years client-facing experience in SaaS onboarding or solution engineering
• Fluent in written and spoken English (C1 level)
• Familiarity with product data feed formats (XML, TXT, CSV, JSON), FTP, and API
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing multiple complex client projects simultaneously

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
• Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP) and enterprise clients
• Formal project management certification (PMI, Agile)
• Experience in e-commerce industry and remote training tools
