Salary: $109,440 - $178,800 a year

What you will do

• Work with hirify.global’s strategic Enterprise customers to build applications and platforms across various verticals, including lending, wealth management, and fraud detection.
• Own all aspects of the customer engagement, including technical scoping and design, project management, and creative problem-solving.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and lead point of contact throughout the implementation phase, establishing correspondence with technical stakeholders.
• Lead effective onsite, in-person meetings as needed throughout the implementation phase.
• Partner with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Account Managers, and Technical Account Managers to support customers in building end-to-end workflows.
• Work cross-functionally to improve the customer onboarding experience by collecting and translating customer feedback into product insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing and/or technology-focused role combining business experience and technical acumen.
• Experience working with Enterprise-level customers.
• Experience traveling onsite and leading effective in-person meetings.
• Experience managing and executing complex technical projects with a customer-first attitude.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills, with the ability to provide technical details to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with APIs, OAuth, webhooks, etc.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of time.
