What you will do
- Define and lead partner activation and early retention strategies in partnership with CS, Product, Growth, and Sales teams.
- Design and launch customer segmentation and scalable CS programs to improve activation outcomes across thousands of customers.
- Use data analytics to identify bottlenecks, build dashboards, and drive operational improvements.
- Collaborate with Product to enhance onboarding features and automation tools.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Partner Success Managers, driving performance and culture.
- Hire and enable new team members on hirify.global’s product and activation playbooks.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years in strategy, operations, or revenue operations within high-growth B2B SaaS with experience in scalable program design and activation metrics.
- 2+ years managing high-performing CS or activation teams.
- 3+ years working with channel partnerships including partner program design and enablement.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and data-driven decision making.
- Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence skills.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building v1 partner programs from scratch.
Nice to have
- Customer-facing or quota-carrying experience with a track record of exceeding goals.
- Experience building scaled education content, webinars, or training programs.
- Familiarity with product-led or hybrid-touch customer success models.
