What you will do

• Architect the project management ecosystem in Jira, defining processes and creating timelines for long-term scalability.
• Drive team accountability, ensuring tasks are moving forward and deadlines are respected.
• Optimize and automate repetitive manual processes to increase team velocity.
• Manage essential non-automatable tasks, from troubleshooting to validation.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, translating internal progress into clear status updates.
• Use technical fluency to navigate the nuances of the stack, troubleshooting issues within APIs, SFTP transfers, or process logic errors.

Requirements

• An Operational Veteran: 5+ years of experience in technical project management or operations.
• A Jira Power User: Proven track record of setting up project management systems from scratch.
• Meticulous Metrics Master: Knows the right data can drive incredible insights.
• Relentlessly Organized: Takes pride in closing the loop and ensuring no detail slips through the cracks.
• Technically Curious: Understands technical concepts like APIs and data transfer protocols.
