What you will do
- Oversee lead generation, qualification, and conversion of sales leads.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Lead and support sales-oriented projects to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with auto dealerships and financial institutions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in Sales Management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work under time constraints and daily deadlines.
Nice to have
- Previous work experience in the Automotive Finance industry.
- Knowledge of web applications and navigation.
- Knowledge/Experience with the use of DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL.
