What you will do
- Develop and maintain core product messaging and positioning for maternity and women’s health services.
- Create high-impact sales enablement materials including presentations, one-pagers, and proposal templates.
- Support new product and feature launches in partnership with product and commercial teams.
- Conduct competitive market research and translate insights into actionable sales guidance and battlecards.
- Ensure consistency of member value propositions across B2B2C communication channels.
- Partner with internal teams to drive demand generation and align content with pipeline goals.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare or benefits sector.
- Proven ability to develop differentiated messaging for complex health benefit platforms.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Basic graphic design skills for content creation.
- Experience with content repository tools like Loopio.
