What you will do

- Analyze campaign performance data and attribution models to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal data and ad ops teams to support tag management and reporting integrations.
- Perform quality assurance for junior team builds and provide mentorship to team members.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising across multiple channels.
- Expertise with DSPs, DMPs, ad verification tools, and tag management systems.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of digital media metrics and audience segmentation.
- Ability to communicate complex technical data clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience with healthcare marketing and HIPAA compliance is highly desirable.
