What you will do
- Develop differentiated positioning and value propositions for specific product areas to resonate with employers and health plans.
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market plans for product updates and launches, coordinating across Product, Sales, and Growth teams.
- Create high-impact sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitive talking points.
- Analyze customer and market insights to refine messaging and GTM strategies.
- Collaborate with clinical and research teams to integrate outcomes data into sales narratives.
- Track launch performance metrics and iterate on strategies to improve product adoption and deal win rates.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B product marketing or sales enablement roles.
- Must have active work authorization in the US.
- Demonstrated ability to own work streams and execute GTM plans with some senior mentorship.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to distill complex clinical concepts into business-oriented messaging.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with research methods for gathering market and competitive insights.
