What you will do

  • Define and refine messaging frameworks and value propositions specifically for health plan buyers.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel go-to-market strategies to accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Lead integrated campaigns from top-of-funnel awareness through to sales enablement.
  • Collaborate across content, design, and digital teams to launch assets like landing pages, webinars, and paid media.
  • Leverage CRM and marketing platforms to analyze performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to translate capabilities into compelling value stories.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience within the healthcare, health plans, or health tech sectors.
  • Proven track record in go-to-market strategy and demand generation.
  • Expertise in storytelling with the ability to simplify complex concepts for business audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience using Salesforce, Pardot, or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects within a matrixed organization.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report on marketing KPIs.

Nice to have

  • Experience in health IT or digital health startups.
  • Familiarity with diverse payer buyer personas including clinical and strategy leaders.
  • Background in developing sales enablement and customer success materials.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve marketing efficiency.
