What you will do
- Define and refine messaging frameworks and value propositions specifically for health plan buyers.
- Develop and execute multi-channel go-to-market strategies to accelerate pipeline growth.
- Lead integrated campaigns from top-of-funnel awareness through to sales enablement.
- Collaborate across content, design, and digital teams to launch assets like landing pages, webinars, and paid media.
- Leverage CRM and marketing platforms to analyze performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to translate capabilities into compelling value stories.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience within the healthcare, health plans, or health tech sectors.
- Proven track record in go-to-market strategy and demand generation.
- Expertise in storytelling with the ability to simplify complex concepts for business audiences.
- Demonstrated experience using Salesforce, Pardot, or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects within a matrixed organization.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report on marketing KPIs.
Nice to have
- Experience in health IT or digital health startups.
- Familiarity with diverse payer buyer personas including clinical and strategy leaders.
- Background in developing sales enablement and customer success materials.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve marketing efficiency.
