What you will do

• Own integration architecture for all non-prebuilt ERP use cases.
• Analyze client requirements and solution constraints and convert them into solution blueprints.
• Author and own technical SOW creation.
• Develop solution documentation and reference architecture assets.
• Serve as a technical escalation point during delivery to unblock complex ERP integration challenges.
• Mentor and guide Implementation Consultants and Integration Specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience designing and delivering ERP or financial system integrations within SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of AP automation workflows, ERP data structures, integration design patterns, APIs, and middleware approaches.
• Proven experience writing SOWs, solution specifications, data mapping models, and technical architecture documentation.
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both executive and technical audiences.
• Demonstrated track record driving delivery success and enabling scalable repeatable solutions across customer portfolios.
