What you will do
- Serve as a trusted advisor, consultant, and coach to senior leaders within the EPD organization.
- Manage core people-related matters, including performance reviews, compensation planning, and talent reviews.
- Lead change management and organizational design initiatives aligned with business outcomes.
- Analyze people-related data to provide actionable insights and drive strategic recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build and implement scalable programs for talent retention and growth.
- Assess organizational health and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- Direct experience supporting Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organizations.
- Strong business acumen and ability to effectively analyze and communicate data insights.
- Proven ability to influence, communicate, and build trust at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent project management skills with a bias for action and problem-solving in ambiguous situations.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice to have
- Experience partnering on mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
- Interest and experience in utilizing AI to improve HR operational efficiency.
