TL;DR

Focus on acting as a strategic thought partner to leaders, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize organizational health, and implementing scalable people programs.

Location: Must be based in the U.S.

Salary: $156,000 – $184,000

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, consultant, and coach to senior leaders within the EPD organization.
  • Manage core people-related matters, including performance reviews, compensation planning, and talent reviews.
  • Lead change management and organizational design initiatives aligned with business outcomes.
  • Analyze people-related data to provide actionable insights and drive strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build and implement scalable programs for talent retention and growth.
  • Assess organizational health and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Direct experience supporting Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organizations.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to effectively analyze and communicate data insights.
  • Proven ability to influence, communicate, and build trust at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent project management skills with a bias for action and problem-solving in ambiguous situations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

  • Experience partnering on mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
  • Interest and experience in utilizing AI to improve HR operational efficiency.
