What you will do
- Serve as the primary HRBP for the Engineering organization, handling performance management, employee relations, and investigations.
- Provide practical coaching to engineering leaders to drive clarity, accountability, and team momentum.
- Lead rigorous talent processes including calibrations, promotions, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Analyze attrition, engagement, and performance data to provide actionable insights for organizational health.
- Partner with Finance, Recruiting, and People Operations on compensation, leveling, and lifecycle processes.
- Navigate nuanced people challenges with objectivity and urgency while building trusted relationships across teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HRBP experience within high-growth product or engineering-driven environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations and high-stakes talent decisions with sound judgment.
- Strong experience using performance and engagement data to inform actionable recommendations.
- Ability to operate with urgency and deliver direct, professional feedback to leadership.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong operational excellence and attention to detail.
