Location: Must be based in the US (Hybrid work culture)

Salary: $95,000–$120,000

What you will do

  • Manage core People Operations, including compliance, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, emphasizing high standards and effective sourcing strategies.
  • Optimize HR workflows and hiring effectiveness using data, tooling, and AI-enabled automation.
  • Maintain audit-ready HR policies, records, and scalable people processes.
  • Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Support global culture, employee well-being, and manager-enablement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with US employment law (federal, state, and local)
  • Proven experience in high-growth tech or SaaS environments
  • Demonstrated success in driving measurable performance improvements across multiple functions
  • Hands-on recruitment experience, including outbound hiring
  • Ability to use data, tools, and systems to optimize People and hiring processes
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to create clear, scalable documentation

Nice to have

  • Experience in AI-enabled systems or open-source communities
