TL;DR

Location: Must be based within +/- 4 hours of Pacific Time (US)

Salary: $103,000–$160,000

hirify.global provides an enterprise-grade app and access management platform that helps organizations streamline IT requests and identity governance.

What you will do

  • Own HRBP responsibilities including performance management, talent development, and org design.
  • Independently manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and sensitive situations.
  • Identify and implement AI-based automation across people workflows and reporting.
  • Optimize the people tech stack and ensure data-driven insights are delivered to leadership.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance.
  • Facilitate manager enablement workshops and internal communications.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of HR experience with 3–5 years in a dedicated HRBP or business partner role.
  • Must be able to work within a +/- 4 hour window of Pacific Time.
  • Strong foundation in People Ops, including HRIS management and data accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage performance cycles and employee relations.
  • Business acumen with experience in startups or high-growth environments.
  • Experience implementing and improving HR tools and AI-driven automation.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Culture Amp, HiBob, Deel, or Sequoia One.
