TL;DR

Senior HRBP: Partnering with senior leaders to shape hirify.global's culture and scale the people strategy with an accent on team health, engagement, and performance. Focus on organizational change, employee relations, and driving core HR programs.

Location: Hybrid to our SF office, 3 days per week in office.

Salary: Base pay is $165-$190k, depending on experience and skills.

• Be a strategic partner, translating business goals into impactful people strategies.
• Lead organizational change through org design, change management, and cultural transformation.
• Advise on employee relations, guiding managers through complex people matters.
• Drive core HR programs, like performance management, compensation planning, and employee engagement.
• Monitor trends in the talent and HR space, using data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a tech or high-growth environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting US-based teams and knowledge of US employment law.
• Outstanding communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative mindset, with a flexible, can-do attitude.
• High adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience leveraging people data.
