TL;DR

Salary: $170,000 – $208,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of learning programs for managers and individual contributors.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across GTM, R&D, and G&A to align learning strategies with business priorities.
  • Develop and facilitate engaging learning experiences across live, virtual, and hybrid formats.
  • Create scalable systems blending self-paced digital learning, live sessions, and coaching.
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and improve delivery.
  • Drive internal branding to ensure learning is viewed as a strategic advantage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Education, or HR; Master’s preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in L&D within a high-growth tech environment.
  • Proven track record of designing and facilitating learning solutions across geographies.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect learning initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills for senior leadership engagement.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience utilizing metrics to measure impact.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling L&D programs in pre-IPO or hyper-growth companies.
  • Proficiency in learning methodologies like ADDIE, SAM, or Kirkpatrick.
  • Thrives in ambiguity and brings a culture of experimentation.
