What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of learning programs for managers and individual contributors.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across GTM, R&D, and G&A to align learning strategies with business priorities.
- Develop and facilitate engaging learning experiences across live, virtual, and hybrid formats.
- Create scalable systems blending self-paced digital learning, live sessions, and coaching.
- Use data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and improve delivery.
- Drive internal branding to ensure learning is viewed as a strategic advantage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Education, or HR; Master’s preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in L&D within a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of designing and facilitating learning solutions across geographies.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect learning initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills for senior leadership engagement.
- Data-driven mindset with experience utilizing metrics to measure impact.

- Experience scaling L&D programs in pre-IPO or hyper-growth companies.
- Proficiency in learning methodologies like ADDIE, SAM, or Kirkpatrick.
