TL;DR
Senior People Business Partner (SaaS): Serving as a strategic consultant and advisor to the Go-To-Market organization during a period of scale and transformation with an accent on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development. Focus on translating business strategy into people implications, resolving complex employee relations issues, and driving performance through data-driven insights.
Location: Hybrid (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, Sydney) - must be in-office minimum twice per week.
Compensation: $100,300 – $135,700 CAD (salary bands vary by region).

What you will do
- Partner with senior GTM leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, workforce planning, and organizational health.
- Lead organizational design efforts including restructures, role evolution, and operating model changes.
- Manage complex employee relations, investigations, and risk mitigation across relevant jurisdictions.
- Translate people data regarding engagement, attrition, and performance into actionable leadership insights.
- Collaborate with People Centers of Excellence to deliver seamless programs in talent planning, compensation, and leadership development.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of progressive HR or People Business Partner experience.
- Significant experience supporting GTM or revenue-driving organizations in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance across relevant jurisdictions.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, change, and competing priorities in a high-growth environment.
- Strong data fluency and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI to elevate HR craft.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing teams.
- Background in scaling People practices during rapid organizational transformation.
- Experience partnering in globally distributed or multi-jurisdiction environments.
