What you will do
- Lead, develop, and support managers and employees, setting clear direction and creating a productive environment.
- Manage budgets, vendors, and systems, ensuring they are well-managed and delivering value.
- Serve as an internal advisor on leadership and employee development.
- Guide the evolution of Harris-wide learning tools, content, and development resources.
- Oversee shared platforms, vendors, and tools that support development, culture, and talent practices.
- Support talent acquisition and explore how technology and AI may enhance employee learning and development.
Requirements
- People leadership experience managing teams and holding them accountable.
- Multi-disciplinary talent perspective across learning & development, culture and engagement, talent acquisition, or organizational effectiveness.
- A thoughtful approach to development and behavior change.
- Advisory and influence skills working with senior leaders and HR partners.
- Curiosity about learning and technology and exploring how AI is changing development.
- Collaborative mindset in decentralized environments.
