What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive People Development roadmap aligned with company strategy.
- Own leadership development initiatives, including supervisor onboarding and capability building.
- Improve performance management processes such as calibration and growth cycles.
- Design learning experiences and facilitate development sessions for leaders and staff.
- Contribute to organizational design and job leveling initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to identify capability gaps and drive cultural development.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in People or Talent Development, or L&D.
- Proven track record of building and scaling company-wide development frameworks.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Proficiency in English required.
- Data-informed approach using Excel or Google Sheets to measure impact.
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Finland or Germany (full relocation support provided).

- Experience in a growing tech, gaming, or product company.
- Background in organizational culture transformation or scale-up environments.
- Coaching certification or significant hands-on leadership coaching experience.
