TL;DR

People Development Partner (HR): Managing end-to-end people development initiatives to align leadership and performance with business strategy with an accent on scalable growth solutions. Focus on designing leadership capabilities, performance management frameworks, and fostering a high-performance culture across international teams.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Helsinki, Finland or Berlin, Germany.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive People Development roadmap aligned with company strategy.
  • Own leadership development initiatives, including supervisor onboarding and capability building.
  • Improve performance management processes such as calibration and growth cycles.
  • Design learning experiences and facilitate development sessions for leaders and staff.
  • Contribute to organizational design and job leveling initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to identify capability gaps and drive cultural development.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in People or Talent Development, or L&D.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling company-wide development frameworks.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proficiency in English required.
  • Data-informed approach using Excel or Google Sheets to measure impact.
  • Must be based in or able to relocate to Finland or Germany (full relocation support provided).

Nice to have

  • Experience in a growing tech, gaming, or product company.
  • Background in organizational culture transformation or scale-up environments.
  • Coaching certification or significant hands-on leadership coaching experience.
