What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6-8 HRBPs and HR Generalists.
  • Provide strategic advice and consultative solutions to executives on people management and organizational development.
  • Drive global workforce plans and human capital strategies in partnership with Finance, Recruitment, and Ops.
  • Lead talent management and development plans to enhance leadership quality and succession bench strength.
  • Identify and monitor HR metrics to proactively improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with COEs to design and deliver effective HR programs across the business unit.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant HR experience with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience supporting SVP+ level executives within a growing, global environment.
  • Proven ability to support large organizations of 3000+ employees.
  • Deep understanding of matrix structures and strong political navigation skills.
  • Expertise in performance management, total rewards, and organizational change.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States and be based within the USA.
