TL;DR

Talent Development Manager (HR): Leading the evolution of leadership culture and organizational effectiveness by designing and scaling core talent programs with an accent on leadership development, succession planning, and data-informed talent mobility. Focus on building scalable frameworks, facilitating high-impact workshops, and leveraging AI to drive individualized growth journeys.

Location: Remote, but candidates within 45 miles of the Westlake/Dallas, TX office must work on-site Tue-Thu.

Salary: $83,600 - $110,000 USD

What you will do

  • Architect and scale core leadership and talent development frameworks from the ground up.
  • Lead high-impact facilitation for leadership workshops and manager-enablement sessions.
  • Transform the enterprise talent review process into a high-value consultation for business leaders.
  • Partner with People Analytics to measure program impact, ROI, and talent mobility.
  • Optimize Workday workflows to enhance employee and manager experiences.
  • Integrate AI tools to personalize professional development and skill-building journeys at scale.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, HRBP, or related roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder influence skills with senior leadership experience.
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and manage complex projects.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US.
  • Experience with Workday is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Master’s Degree in a related field.
  • Previous experience in Revenue Enablement or Consulting.
