What you will do

  • Own the full lifecycle of technology partnerships, from initial onboarding to long-term growth and renewal.
  • Define and execute joint Go-To-Market strategies, including co-marketing and co-sell initiatives, in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and maintain executive-level relationships at partner organizations.
  • Negotiate partnership scopes and commercial terms while coordinating with legal and finance departments.
  • Act as the internal voice for partners, surfacing product feedback and integration opportunities to the engineering and product teams.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as adoption, pipeline influence, and integration depth to prioritize strategic efforts.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in technology partnerships or business development within a SaaS or developer-tools environment.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing partnership agreements.
  • Technically curious mindset, capable of understanding integration requirements and collaborating effectively with engineering teams.
  • Data-driven approach to prioritization and performance tracking.
  • High agency and ability to build processes from scratch without existing playbooks.
  • English proficiency: Native or near-native (C1+) required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with major cloud provider partner programs (e.g., co-sell, marketplace, alliances).
  • Background in developer tools, productivity software, or AI-native products.
  • Familiarity with integration ecosystems, including APIs, webhooks, and marketplace listings.
