What you will do

• Feed strategic vision towards Healthcare & Life Sciences and accelerate growth in this industry.
• Act as a hirify.global SME on Healthcare & Life Sciences, bridging the gap between industry needs, AI, and hirify.global as a product.
• Support sales and customer activities, acting as a key spokesperson for prospects and customers.
• Contribute to the identification, scoping, and successful rollout of hirify.global Solutions aligned to Healthcare and Life Sciences needs.
• Fuel the Solutions development pipeline through business experience, client workshops, market watch, and partnership discussions.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in Healthcare and/or in Life Sciences, with a confirmed appetite for data, analytics and AI impact in the sector.
• Precise understanding of Healthcare & Life Sciences value chain, including complex processes and regulations.
• Strong Business Development mindset and solid solution management experience.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), able to clearly articulate and present complex situations and concepts to varied audiences.
• Based in AMERICAS and able to travel within that region (20% of the time) and occasionally to other continents.
