What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions from proof of concept to production deployment.
• Build traditional ML models and apply modern techniques including LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and agentic AI systems.
• Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to refine project scope, technical approach, and success metrics.
• Create scalable AI systems focusing on accuracy, robustness, fairness, and explainability.
• Apply model evaluation frameworks to assess performance, bias, and resilience to adversarial inputs.
• Partner with platform teams to transition prototypes into production-ready systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science, Engineering, or Math with 2-5 years of experience (or High School with 7 years).
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, AWS Bedrock, and Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines and tuning deep neural networks.
• Understanding of autonomous/multi-agent systems and orchestration.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Must be based in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or AI.
• Experience in regulated industries, specifically healthcare, with knowledge of compliance.
