What you will do
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership on planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Optimize the Salesforce environment, including CPQ, to ensure technical accuracy and process consistency.
- Leverage BI tools and SQL to develop leading indicator metrics and early warning systems.
- Define frameworks for funnel metrics reporting and perform strategic analyses of coverage models.
- Track key business performance indicators such as pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment.
- Prepare executive presentations and board reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Must be able to commute to the Andover, MA office twice a week.
- 5-7 years of professional background in SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude with Salesforce, specifically with CPQ.
- Strong data reconciliation and analytical skills using Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functional teams and levels of management.
