What you will do

  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance to the Total Rewards and People Operations teams.
  • Design and operationalize innovative global compensation and benefit strategies and programs.
  • Partner with the Chief People Officer on executive compensation programs.
  • Lead the team in the design and management of a comprehensive total well-being strategy.
  • Shape the strategy for critical business initiatives and drive the successful execution of business initiatives, including scaling HR Operations.
  • Spearhead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of AI/ML technologies to automate routine HR operational processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant operations and total rewards experience, including responsibility for managing geographically distributed teams.
  • Proven ability to lead the change management and communication strategy for major compensation and benefits transformations.
  • Proven success leading total rewards and operations in high growth companies.
  • Strategic thinker for how to utilize systems and optimize processes for best practices.
  • Proficient in setting and managing priorities based on HR systems and overall HR needs.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of HR systems, operations, compliance and technology.
