What you will do

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Provide guidance on HR matters, including termination, resignation, and redundancy processes.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees, including workforce reduction consultations and negotiations.
• Draft and administer termination documents, ensuring adherence to privacy and confidentiality regulations.
• Process offboarding on hirify.global's internal HRIS platform.
• Actively identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and product development.

Requirements

• Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
• Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments and provide solutions to complex HR issues.
• Basic understanding of employee relations principles and workplace investigation fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
• Business-level (advanced) proficiency in written and spoken English.
