What you will do

• Manage the procurement lifecycle for technology products and services.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to identify technology needs and sourcing requirements.
• Maintain relationships with key technology vendors and service providers.
• Manage technology contracts including new agreements, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Track technology procurement spending and support IT budget management.
• Support the development and improvement of procurement processes, standards, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Information Systems, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or technology sourcing required.
• Understanding of common enterprise technology categories including SaaS and cloud platforms, software licensing models, and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite), procurement systems, and contract management tools.
• Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills.
• Excellent organizational and contract management abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting technology procurement in an IT organization.
• Experience managing software renewals and SaaS vendor relationships.
• Experience working with finance and IT leadership on budget planning.
• Familiarity with technology contract terms, licensing models, and vendor negotiations.
• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Technology Procurement Professional (CTPP), or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
