Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Salt Lake City, UT; Hybrid role with in-office requirement.

Salary: $200,000 – $240,000

What you will do

  • Build, lead, and scale a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
  • Develop and implement outbound playbooks, processes, and multi-channel outreach strategies.
  • Coach and mentor team members on qualification methodology, objection handling, and pipeline generation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to optimize lead routing, targeting, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement in conversion rates and meeting quality.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new talent to support scalable revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Salt Lake City, UT.
  • 5+ years of sales development experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling BDR teams in high-growth environments.
  • Deep understanding of both inbound and outbound prospecting and demand generation.
  • Strong background using CRM systems and modern sales tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to learn and explain complex technical concepts related to software development and AI.

  • Previous experience in early-stage startups or developer tools.
  • Experience building inbound programs from 0-1.
  • Basic understanding of coding concepts.
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
