What you will do

  • Own the reseller business within the designated territory by creating and executing comprehensive territory plans.
  • Build a robust partner eco-system by actively identifying and onboarding new channel partners.
  • Manage the corporate relationship with existing partners to increase pipeline development and revenue contribution.
  • Drive strategic alignment between partners and the internal direct sales team to facilitate co-selling opportunities.
  • Execute partner marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to drive incremental revenue.
  • Present hirify.global solutions at industry events to bolster partnership visibility and capability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a channel sales professional within the software or SaaS industry.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Strong background in territory planning, partner recruitment, and strategic channel management.
  • Natural ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a clear focus on metrics and performance accountability.
  • Ability to provide clarity and solve problems in ambiguous and complex business situations.
