What you will do

• Design and operationalize a managed services delivery model covering intake, routing, and workflows.
• Define and maintain a service catalog including asset classifications and standard request definitions.
• Build and manage a metrics framework including SLAs, throughput, and capacity planning.
• Translate delivery models into unit economics and asset-based pricing structures.
• Optimize workflows to reduce friction through process standardization and tooling.
• Provide visibility into demand and capacity planning across global teams.

Requirements

• Strong background in managed services and service delivery models.
• Experience in deliverables-driven environments like creative or marketing production.
• Proven ability to design service catalogs, SLAs, and performance dashboards.
• Proficiency in workflow management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Workfront.
• Experience with process design, operational scalability, and unit economics modeling.
• Ability to work in complex or regulated environments with strong analytical skills.
