What you will do
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects across the LATAM region to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to track progress and identify bottlenecks.
- Facilitate communication between regional teams, global headquarters, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership.
- Support resource planning and capacity management across project lifecycles.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners as required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management or PMO experience.
- Industry background in Payment, Banking, or Fintech required.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and across time zones.
Nice to have
- Portuguese language skills for Brazil operations.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
- Experience with card issuance, payment processing, or digital banking products.
