What you will do

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects across the LATAM region to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to track progress and identify bottlenecks.
• Facilitate communication between regional teams, global headquarters, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Support resource planning and capacity management across project lifecycles.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners as required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management or PMO experience.
• Industry background in Payment, Banking, or Fintech required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and across time zones.

Nice to have

• Portuguese language skills for Brazil operations.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Experience with card issuance, payment processing, or digital banking products.
