Location: This is a remote-first role. You can work from any of our global offices (e.g., Warsaw, Barcelona, Mexico City, Curitiba, Rome).

What you will do
- Act as the central orchestrator of the Expansion initiative portfolio.
- Lead selected strategic initiatives end-to-end.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders (Data, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, local markets).
- Play a key role in ensuring we deliver our Expansion revenue targets.
- Monitor key sales funnel and pipeline metrics to ensure we are on track to deliver the budget, identify and escalate delivery risks.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of professional experience
- Strong project management experience (complex, cross-functional initiatives)
- Experience managing a portfolio of initiatives or working in a PMO-like function
- Proven ability to drive execution of budget in fast-paced environments
- Understanding of sales funnel and ability to
- Fluency in English
- Experience in SaaS and/or marketplace business models
- You must already have the legal right to work in your country of residence or the location of the role.
Nice to have
- Ability to estimate impact and build simple financial models
- Experience in healthcare or technology environments
- Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) or analytical tools (SQL, Python)
- Experience working with multicultural, multi-market organizations
- Exposure to pricing & packaging initiatives
