What you will do

• Deliver the integrated AI execution plan across data readiness, model development, MLOps, integration, testing, and change management.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and delivery coordination across product teams, data engineering, platform teams, and vendors.
• Maintain agile project management practices, ensuring consistent sprint planning and backlog tracking.
• Own delivery governance and reporting cadence, including RAID management and stakeholder communications.
• Identify, track, and mitigate AI-specific risks such as data access/quality, and regulatory controls.
• Coordinate operational readiness and cutover, including training, support model, and post-launch stabilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7 years of job-related experience or High School Diploma/GED AND 11 years of the same job-related experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing AI, data, or digital transformation projects in a cross-functional enterprise environment.
• Proficiency with project management and agile tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
• Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent AI initiatives.
• Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with responsible AI practices, data governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Background in healthcare, medtech, or other regulated industries.
• Experience scaling delivery practices across hub-and-spoke or federated operating models.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) or agile delivery (e.g., CSM, SAFe Agilist).
