What you will do
- Oversee high-priority technology initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Lead coordination across Product, Technology, Operations, and Events teams to maintain project momentum.
- Manage end-to-end RFP processes, including vendor evaluation and contract performance tracking.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while managing scope changes effectively.
- Deliver executive-level status reporting and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Refine project management best practices and governance frameworks to improve organizational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing technology or digital transformation projects in B2B or media/events environments.
- Advanced English proficiency for effective communication with technical and executive teams.
- Must be located in Latin America with the ability to work on US Eastern Time Zone.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and navigate complex stakeholder needs.
- Experience leading RFP processes and managing technology vendor relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
