What you will do

• Generate precise project quotes and calculate turnaround times, aligning technical specifications with client expectations.
• Drive quote conversion by following up on proposals to meet and exceed target acceptance rates.
• Identify revenue opportunities and "add-on" business within existing accounts to support long-term retention.
• Provide consultative advice to clients on project optimization, balancing product quality with cost-efficiency.
• Serve as a cross-functional liaison, effectively conveying specific client requirements to Project Managers with clarity and technical precision.
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quoted volume, acceptance rates, and average project value.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, excellent oral and written communication, and comfortable speaking to clients at all levels, via phone or video call.
• Middle or higher-level vocational training in administration or university degree.
• 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing activities related to the localization/translation/project management fields.
• Total Command of Microsoft Office.

• Master's Degree.
