What you will do
- Oversee project delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes, compliance, and high client satisfaction.
- Manage customer relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle, from post-sales transition to project completion.
- Collaborate with the Sales organization to support pre-sales cycles, define project scope, and create estimates.
- Identify and mitigate delivery and staffing risks while ensuring appropriate team alignment.
- Act as a thought leader to guide customers through end-to-end digital and agentic transformation.
- Drive internal initiatives focused on delivery methodology, innovation, and reusable assets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of consulting experience covering solution architecture, pre-sales, and leadership.
- 5+ years leading complex engagements with teams of 15+ members.
- 5+ years of experience architecting and delivering Salesforce or AWS solutions.
- Deep expertise in Contact Center ecosystems, Service Cloud, and integrated CCaaS.
- Proven ability to manage commercial components including SOWs, Change Orders, and Level of Effort estimates.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills for influencing C-level stakeholders.
