Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Maitland, FL, USA
• 3+ years client or third-party administrator experience with 1+ years leading teams.
• Experience supporting large, complex employers including multinational and Fortune 500 organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred experience with health insurance or consumer-directed benefits (HRAs, HSAs, FSAs).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or PMBOK is a plus.
