What you will do
- Execute the regional MSP strategy to scale partner-led business and expand the DEX footprint.
- Own revenue growth, pipeline development, and P&L performance for the Americas region.
- Act as an executive sponsor to build high-level partnerships with major MSPs and enterprise clients.
- Lead and mentor regional MSP sales teams to ensure alignment with company growth objectives.
- Govern partner operating models, SLAs, and success metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with global leadership to contribute to frameworks, best practices, and cross-regional delivery efforts.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in MSP, SaaS, IT services, or digital workplace platforms.
- Proven leadership background in scaling partner-led businesses and managing P&L in the Americas.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS, subscription models, and ecosystem-based selling.
- Experience working with CIOs, IT Operations, and Digital Workplace leadership teams.
- Ability to operate effectively within a global, matrixed organization.
- Availability for 30–40% travel across the Americas and international locations.
