What you will do

  • Execute the regional MSP strategy to scale partner-led business and expand the DEX footprint.
  • Own revenue growth, pipeline development, and P&L performance for the Americas region.
  • Act as an executive sponsor to build high-level partnerships with major MSPs and enterprise clients.
  • Lead and mentor regional MSP sales teams to ensure alignment with company growth objectives.
  • Govern partner operating models, SLAs, and success metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with global leadership to contribute to frameworks, best practices, and cross-regional delivery efforts.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in MSP, SaaS, IT services, or digital workplace platforms.
  • Proven leadership background in scaling partner-led businesses and managing P&L in the Americas.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS, subscription models, and ecosystem-based selling.
  • Experience working with CIOs, IT Operations, and Digital Workplace leadership teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Availability for 30–40% travel across the Americas and international locations.
