• Define the long-term vision for integrated Brand and Influencer Marketing strategy.
• Lead and set standards for cross-Pod integrated work.
• Establish scalable frameworks for rigor, content, and engagement.
• Partner with leadership to shape agency positioning and growth.
• Identify cultural, platform, and tech shifts impacting strategy.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Strategy, Creative, Data, and Accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in integrated strategy within a social-first agency.
• Brand positioning, narrative, content ecosystems, engagement systems, influencer marketing.
• Cultural research, analytics, social listening, and performance frameworks.
• Proven success leading large, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior executives.
• Able to scale systems and frameworks across multiple units.
