What you will do

• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide business continuity and disaster recovery strategies, including RTO and RPO objectives.
• Lead the BCP program across all business units, conducting comprehensive business impact analyses and risk assessments.
• Create, maintain, and test contingency plans for crisis scenarios, including cyber incidents.
• Design and execute regular testing programs, such as tabletop exercises and simulations, to drive continuous improvement.
• Present program status reports, strategic recommendations, and metrics to senior management and board committees.
• Ensure program compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards like ISO 22301, NIST, SOX, and GDPR.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or risk management.
• Deep knowledge of BCP frameworks, methodologies, and platforms.
• Professional certification required (e.g., CBCP, MBCI, or equivalent).
• Experience with cyber incident response and global business continuity practices.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Master's degree (MBA, MPA, or similar).
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or other relevant risk management credentials.
