What you will do

• Own and deliver hirify.globalend features end-to-end across hirify.global's client-side codebase (Web, Desktop via Electron).
• Champion the user experience, advocating for fast, intuitive, and beautiful interfaces.
• Partner with Product and Design to shape what gets built, offering technical perspective on feasibility and tradeoffs.
• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and contribute to hirify.globalend best practices.
• Tackle complex UI challenges in a real-time, multi-player application.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience building complex, production web applications with a focus on hirify.globalend engineering.
• Strong proficiency in modern hirify.globalend technologies — React, TypeScript, and state management patterns (e.g., Redux).
• A genuine product mindset — you care deeply about why something is being built, not just how.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience translating designs into high-fidelity, responsive, and accessible UI.
• Experience at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company and/or exposure to customer support or communication space.
