What you will do
- Develop and evolve the design system and React/TypeScript component library.
- Collaborate with Design and Product teams to translate UI/UX concepts into reusable, accessible, and scalable patterns.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested frontend code focusing on performance and accessibility.
- Improve developer experience by creating documentation, examples, and tooling using Storybook.
- Drive UI innovation by exploring and implementing AI-assisted development workflows.
- Provide guidance and feedback to other engineers through code reviews and setting frontend standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of frontend engineering experience.
- Proven experience contributing to or maintaining frontend systems or design systems.
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern styling approaches.
- Strong system design skills across UI architecture, performance, and scalability.
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
Nice to have
- Experience with schema-driven UI.
- Experience with design tooling.
- Experience with AI-assisted development.
