What you will do

• Design and build performant, accessible SPAs for real-time contact center workflows, including agent desktops and supervisor dashboards.
• Develop and maintain a shared component library and design system used across multiple product teams.
• Write production-grade TypeScript for React frontends and Node.js microservices.
• Optimize rendering performance, memory usage, and network efficiency for data-intensive real-time interfaces.
• Own production readiness through structured logging, metrics, alerting, and active incident response.
• Mentor other engineers via code reviews, architectural guidance, and technical pairing.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 5+ years specializing in React and TypeScript.
• Must be based in the US and authorized to work without current or future visa sponsorship.
• 2+ years of experience building real-time UIs powered by WebSockets or streaming data.
• Practical expertise in implementing WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards (ARIA, keyboard navigation).
• Strong testing discipline using Vitest, Jest, Testing Library, or Playwright.
• Proven experience in technical mentorship and ownership of services in production.

Nice to have

• Experience with design-system tooling such as Storybook.
• Backend fluency with Node.js, Kafka, Redis, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitOps (Argo CD).
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 / OIDC authentication flows.
• Familiarity with SRE principles, SLOs/SLIs, and capacity planning.
