What you will do
- Define and execute regional go-to-market strategies to penetrate the DACH market effectively.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from prospecting and outreach to contract closure and renewals.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional team to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Represent the company as a subject matter expert at industry conferences and networking events.
- Collaborate with global Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align regional initiatives.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage pipelines, forecast performance, and ensure reporting accuracy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in closing sales roles with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Deep understanding of the DACH business culture and local market dynamics.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, specifically within the hospitality software sector.
- Demonstrated success in building business operations or launching new markets from the ground up.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience guiding and developing sales teams.
- Self-motivated professional capable of working autonomously in a remote setting.
