What you will do
- Lead and mentor a national team of 3-8 network development professionals to expand market presence.
- Execute segment-focused sales strategies to drive physician practice partnerships.
- Implement and maintain rigorous sales processes, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
- Leverage Salesforce CRM and other analytical tools to manage KPIs and report on sales progress.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, performance, and business development teams to drive actionable plans.
- Foster team morale and maintain accountability across a distributed virtual environment.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive sales or sales management experience.
- Experience leading a National Sales Team.
- Ability to travel up to 100% by car or plane.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
