What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a national team of 3-8 network development professionals to expand market presence.
  • Execute segment-focused sales strategies to drive physician practice partnerships.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous sales processes, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM and other analytical tools to manage KPIs and report on sales progress.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, performance, and business development teams to drive actionable plans.
  • Foster team morale and maintain accountability across a distributed virtual environment.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive sales or sales management experience.
  • Experience leading a National Sales Team.
  • Ability to travel up to 100% by car or plane.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with value-based care models.
  • Proven track record of national sales leadership (e.g., President’s Club winner).
