What you will do
- Establish and manage relationships within the Federal SLED and Commercial partner ecosystem to drive strategic initiatives.
- Develop and execute joint business opportunities and programs to achieve revenue growth and product adoption.
- Serve as the primary partner development lead, coordinating resources across sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Lead partner training and enablement on company products, services, and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor partner performance metrics and analyze market trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Present joint business plans and resolve partner issues to ensure strategic alignment and mutual success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technology sales experience.
- 3+ years of experience in partner channel management.
- Experience in the Public Sector (SLED) is mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing global or national partnerships.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to interpret business data.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage executive-level audiences.
