Engineering Manager (Fintech)

Location: New York, Chicago, Austin, or Old Greenwich, United States

Base pay range: $150,000–$250,000 USD per year, plus a discretionary performance bonus and benefits.

• Manage, retain, recruit, and develop a lean team of software developers.
• Lead a high-performing team responsible for electronic execution.

• Escalate and resolve intra- and cross-group misalignment.

Requirements

• Experience as a software engineering manager leading experienced teams or technology organizations in the financial domain.
• Proven experience delivering technology platforms in C++, Java, or Python.
• 10+ years of experience leading strategy and delivering solutions across multiple industries or solution domains.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, actionable tasks and communicate best practices effectively.
• Ability to work from New York, Chicago, Austin, or Old Greenwich, United States.
